We choose cleaner materials where possible, avoid chemicals and adhesives when a job does not need them, and use the friendliest options we can source when production does require them.
We also recommend organic, recycled, or responsibly sourced blanks when they fit the project, and we focus on durable print methods so apparel stays wearable longer instead of becoming throwaway merch.
Cleaner Shop Inputs
We avoid extra chemicals, adhesives, and harsh shop inputs when they are not needed. When they are needed, we source the safest, cleanest cleaners, reclaim products, and pressroom chemistry we can.
Less Single-Use Waste
We minimize unnecessary plastic wherever possible, reuse incoming boxes for shop movement and local needs, recycle paper and cardboard streams, and consolidate packaging when orders allow.
Reuse Before Replace
Screens, frames, squeegees, tools, and production materials are maintained, reclaimed, and reused wherever possible. Careful setup also helps reduce misprints, wasted blanks, and rework.
